Cupcakes!

When Hannah was asked what she wanted for Christmas, she'd always give the same answer...."a cupcake maker!". This thing seemed to be on almost every little girls list this year! I was surprised because she is usually easily swayed by whatever is on tv at the moment. But she stuck to her guns this year and that was the main thing she wanted. So, come heck or high water, I was determined to get it for her! I could relate...I always wanted an Easy Bake Over, what little girl didn't? My mom tells me that I had one but she took the light bulb out so I couldn't burn anything...I am not sure that I believe her! =} And a girl can only eat so many Baby Alive food packages before she wants a yummy cake from her Easy Bake Oven! But I digress...

Santa brought Hannah the much coveted cupcake maker. It has been sitting in it's box, in our kitchen, since then. Tonight was the BIG night! We busted that baby out and got down to bakin'! (well, really, microwavin' but what can ya do?) There were 4 cupcake mixes and 4 frosting mixes.... PLUS sprinkles! Wow! Hannah couldn't wait! But she was very thoughtful and the first cupcake she made went to daddy. Here is our process:

He was a brave man and took one for the team! He ate it with a smile on his face and Hannah was so proud of herself! What a great daddy!
