Muffin Tin Monday - the Breakfast Edition

This week the theme is "No Theme".

Since Rick often works late and the girls don't see him at all (he's gone before they get up and he comes home after they are in bed) we decided to get up once a week and have breakfast with daddy!

So today it was a Muffin Tin Monday breakfast!

top: milk, silver dollar pancakes, sausage patty
bottom: syrup, bananas and blueberries, scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese

What a fun way to spend the morning with daddy!

I have yet to do a breakfast tin--they always look so fun and yummy--I've got to do one soon:-).

Thank you for the very sweet and thoughtful comments you left for me last week! I hope your family had a great 4th. Would love to hear about your journey to your family's sealing if you'd like to share it.

Feel free to email if you'd ever like to share:-).

We had a breakfast one this week, too. I'm going to try adding cheese to eggs for ds...he is not too fond of them plain. Happy MTM!

It looks so tasty ... we understand about the long work schedules, I ought to do the same with my kids sometime. We do get dinner together, it's just a little later than most. Anyhow, so sweet ... I love it!
